Low FODMAP Recipes

I have recently been advised to try Low FODMAP diet to help with my IBS. After just a week, the pain the bloating and the flatulence have all but disappeared. I shall not talk the science here as there is plenty information provided by the experts. I suggest to start with the following: Dr Sue Shepherd and Kate Scarlata RD and go from there. However, being a keen and inventive cook, I will share the recipes that are made using only low FODMAP ingredients.

And to start with a BANG and show that we don't have to compromise, the first recipe is for a cake. And not just any old cake, but a winner at the marmalade cake competition at the Marmalade Awards 2013 and was was sold to customers at the prestigious Fortnum & Mason's Gallery restaurant in London.
